Drink on Your Own Terms

Relimie isn't just about quitting drinking; it's a companion for those who enjoy a drink but want to prevent their habits from becoming an addiction — without the guilt or judgment that often comes with tracking.

In Relimie, everything revolves around your Personal Baseline (which is why we call our method "baseline-drinking"). Instead of a rigid daily limit that feels like a failure if you miss it, your baseline is a long-term anchor. Life happens: some nights you'll have an extra glass, others you won't drink at all. What matters is the trend. Over time, your habits naturally gravitate back toward your goal.

Tapping your glowing Orb shows you where you stand at a glance: Green — you're comfortably within your baseline; Gold — you're slightly over your limit; Red — you should consider pausing for a few days to bring your average back in line. The green signs also show you how many drinks you have avoided so far. You can use this information to adjust your baseline down and reduce your consumption step by step, if you wish.

To help you choose your baseline, we provide data from WHO recommendations and average values for your country and gender. These serve as orientation until you find your personal values. Relimie also supports a variety of measurement units, so you can use those you understand best (like grams of pure alcohol or standard US units).

Keep in mind that while baseline-drinking is a powerful helper for controlling your behavior, it won't do the work for you. You need to put in the effort to stick to your baseline and log accurately. Since the baseline is based on aggregation, it needs some time to "kick in" as it collects data. Don't be discouraged if you don't see it change immediately, even though it becomes available right after onboarding.

Connect the Dots: Why You Drink

Tracking numbers is just the start. The Diary is where you find the why.

By logging how you feel — before a drink, the morning after, or on a clear-headed day — you start to see the patterns that usually stay hidden. It's about spotting triggers and finding a way to stay ahead of them. The diary helps you understand the consequences and spot the moments when you need to take control.

Contextual tags appear when you need them:

  • Triggers surface when you log alcohol (stress, boredom, social pressure)
  • After-Effects wait for you the next morning (hangover, anxiety, clarity)
  • Sober Feelings highlight the wins (productivity, pride, energy)

Inside the Analytics Hub, your most frequent tags are ranked against your drinking days — helping you anticipate the situations where you're most likely to slip, so you can stay ahead of them. And, of course, you can add your own tags in the settings menu.

Logging without the Friction

Tracking shouldn't be a chore. Relimie is built to get you in and out in seconds, while automatically capturing the details that actually matter.

Every entry adds up to your big picture:

  • Alcohol — Track the total pure alcohol consumed with each drink.
  • Spending — See exactly what you're spending. Prices are preset based on your country's averages, but you can always adjust them for a single drink or the whole day. Just long-press a drink in the list or the total amount at the bottom. Prices are also split between "home" and "outside" consumption for better accuracy.
  • Calories — Each drink comes with predefined calorie counts so you can see the real impact on your fitness goals, not just the unit count. If you need to be exact, you can adjust these for any drink.

Relimie features a catalog of the most common drinks, and you can easily add your own. To make adding new drinks as simple as possible, use the AI Sparkle button. It appears in the search bar whenever you enter a drink not found in the catalog. One tap will research and autofill the ABV and calories, so you never have to guess. Feel free to provide feedback if something doesn't work as expected — we’re always improving.

All of this data flows into your Analytics Hub, where daily entries become the insights that help you stay in control.
